PCMH PowerPoint on Virtual FMIG
AAFP and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Group on Predoctoral Education have designed a presentation for medical students that explains PCMH and its importance to family physicians. The PowerPoint presentation is accompanied by a document with suggested speakers' notes that can help in presenting this information. Family medicine faculty is encouraged to give this presentation to medical students, FMIG groups and others.

The Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH): the Family Medicine Model
This presentation gives a simplified definition and explanation of the PCMH. There also is a PCMH handout to coincide with the presentation. All Academy members are encouraged to reference and use the presentation and handout for any presentations or PCMH education in their community.

METRIC
AAFP's Measuring, Evaluating and Translating Research Into Care (METRIC) is an online coaching tool and guide to practice change, providing training in clinical performance measurement and interventions in the form of process improvement tools. METRIC also qualifies practices for American Board of Family Medicine's Maintenance of Certification for Family Physicians Part IV credit.
