Individual Donor Recognition Levels
The Founders Club honors those family physicians who devoted their time and resources in founding Ohio Academy of Family Physicians (OAFP) and OAFP/F, and recognizes annual donors of $2,500 or more. Two circles within the Founders Club highlight the founding years of each respective organization.
- The 1948 circle commemorates the founding of OAFP, then known as Ohio Academy of General Practice, in 1948 and recognizes annual donors of $5,000 or more.
- The 1987 circle commemorates the founding of OAFP/F in 1987 and recognizes annual donors of $2,500 to $4,999.
The Presidents Club (gifts of $1,000 — $2,499)
The Presidents Club pays tribute to OAFP presidents and OAFP/F chairs who have led the organizations since their inceptions and recognizes annual operations donors of $1,000+.
