The 2011 Family Medicine Workshop will be held on Saturday-Sunday, Jan. 8-9, and Jan. 22-23, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin, located at 600 Metro Place North, Dublin, Ohio 43017.

The Family Medicine Workshop will examine a broad spectrum of topics and concerns of clinical interest and relevance to primary care physicians. The objective is to provide information on diagnostic techniques, advanced technical theory, current research, problem-solving methods and management techniques within the core content areas of family medicine.

Enhancements to the 2011 Family Medicine Workshop
With the intent of maximizing both continuing medical education (CME) and weekend family time, the Family Medicine Workshop has undergone a face-lift! Attendees will receive 23 total CME hours over both weekends while having an enriched learning experience with increased peer networking time.

Attendees will be combined into one space hearing four, 2.5 hour presentations per weekend. As an added bonus, we will be offering a three-hour joint injection workshop at Course 1 at no increased cost. We are offering this additional workshop as part of the practice-based services of the patient-centered medical home (PCMH) model.

Each two-day, weekend course provides plenty of time for case discussion and interaction with the faculty. Whether you attend both weekends or just one, the OAFP Family Medicine Workshop is sure to provide a comprehensive review of the core curriculum of family medicine.

• Colorectal
• Dermatology
• Hematology/Oncology
• Immunology
• PCMH
• Pulmonary

Application for CME credit has been filed with American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and American Osteopathic Association (AOA). Determination of credit is pending; based upon credit granted from previous years, we anticipate approval of 23 prescribed credits (13 credits for Course 1 and 10 credits for Course 2).

The Crowne Plaza Hotel Dublin offers an indoor heated pool area and cardio room in addition to complimentary use of the Athletic Club at Metro V next door which features a wide variety of fitness programs and services, exercise equipment for resistance, and cardiovascular training.
