
The lower-level conference space of the OAFP office is available for rent to non-profit associations and organizations for meeting functions Monday – Friday between 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
The conference space includes a boardroom (seating capacity: 30), a medium-sized meeting room (seating capacity: 20), a small meeting room (seating capacity: 8) and two restrooms. The space also includes a sink, refrigerator, coffeemaker, buffet tables, coat rack, erasable boards and markers, and easels for flip charts.
- Arranging catering and/or beverage needs, including coffee and paper service. OAFP does not require use of a preferred caterer.
- Providing audio visual equipment. OAFP does not charge an additional fee for use of its wireless network for Internet access; however, renter is responsible for bringing its own equipment, including wireless network card(s).
- Providing proof of insurance
- Providing cleanup of space
The cost of renting the conference space is $200. OAFP regional chapters and affiliated medical associations/organizations will not be charged rental fees.
