The Ohio Academy of Family Physicians Foundation (OAFP/F) was established by OAFP in 1987 to meet its members' philanthropic interests to directly impact healthcare delivery in Ohio. OAFP/F is a public grant-making, charitable organization with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

OAFP/F is a recognized leader among health-focused philanthropic groups and a catalyst for initiatives that improve the health of Ohioans.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians Foundation, as the philanthropic arm of the Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, is to improve and increase access to quality healthcare for all Ohioans.

What is Family Medicine?
