Established in 1948, OAFP is a statewide, professional association that represents nearly 85 percent of Ohio's practicing family physicians as well as Ohio family medicine residents and medical students. OAFP is one of the largest state chapters of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

• The Ohio Family Physician is a quarterly membership magazine. Your organization may use this publication as a tool to help meet your marketing or recruiting objectives. By advertising in The Ohio Family Physician, you can reach a large, highly targeted audience at a reasonable rate. Both classified and display advertising is accepted.

• The Weekly Family Medicine Update (WFMU) is a weekly e-newsletter currently delivered to nearly 3,000 subscribers. Launched as an HTML-designed e-newsletter in 2003, it was redesigned in 2007. Since that time, OAFP has adopted a sponsorship program for organizations interested in providing unrestricted educational grants so that articles related to their fields of interest can be included in this weekly e-newsletter. • www.ohioafp.org is the official Web site of OAFP and on average receives more than 600 hits per day. OAFP accepts advertising from organizations interested in sponsoring the home page or individual sections of the site.
